Imposter Syndrome:
Breaking Down the Walls That Hold Us Back
March Luncheon
Even highly capable women can sometimes feel like they don’t quite belong in the rooms they’ve earned their way into. Known as imposter syndrome, this experience can show up as self-doubt, perfectionism, overworking, or hesitation to step fully into leadership or success.
Join Chugiak Eagle River Women in Business for an educational networking luncheon as we explore what imposter syndrome really is, why it’s so common among high-achieving women, and—most importantly—what we can do about it.
This luncheon will focus on identifying common imposter patterns and exploring realistic, actionable strategies to move past them.
You’ll leave with practical tools, fresh perspective, and the reassurance that you’re not alone in the challenges of growth and leadership.
LOCATION: The CERWIB Hub
